Background:

In the project "MyCor", a telemonitoring system for patients with myocardial infarction is being implemented. The aim is to increase the compliance of patients with the needed therapy.

It is planned to include up to 25 patients in a pilot project.

   
Objectives:

The objective of this evaluation project is to evaluate the MyCor pilot project, with special focus on the following questions:

  • How is the technical quality of MyCor?
  • How is the usability of MyCor?
  • How are the patients satisfied with functionality and usability of MyCor?
  • Are the physicians satisfied with the impact of MyCor?
  • Did the patients need technical support with MyCor?
  • Does mycor has an impact on the health-related data?
   
Methods:

1. Technical state-of-the-art evaluation

2. Standardized surveys of the participating patients during and after end of the MyCor pilot project

3. Semi-structured interviews with the participating physicians

   
Results:

The project is running at the moment.
