Our teaching activities

Principally, we organize lectures on the following topics: health information systems, electronic health record, IT project management in health care, process management, IT security, medical documentation, nursing informatics, research methods, recent topics in medical informatics, and others. 

The Institute of Medical Informatics is organizing and coordinating the following academic programs: 

• Master Program in Medical Informatics (M.Sc, in German)
• Master Program Universitätslehrgang Health Information Management (M.A, in German)
• 3-day Certificate Course Nursing Informatics 
• Doctoral Program in Health Information Systems  (Dr.phil., in German or English)
